My Fitness Program

My Meal Plan
As a member of the Team Beachbody Club, I have access to the "My Meal Planner" feature. My meal plans for the week are already made for me with a printable shopping list. My Supplements
Supplements are very important to give your body the nutrients that it needs to survive. Shakeology is THE BEST supplement shake I have ever taken!! It comes in Greenberry or Chocolate, which is my favorite. I like to add frozen fruit to mine for an added treat.
